Refund policy

We have a no return or refund policy, unless items are damaged or defected. If you receive an item that is damaged we ask that you send us an email as soon as you receive your order to shop@yasminmansour.co and we will assist you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage claims sent 7 days after delivery date will not be accepted, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to file a damage claim to return or refund your purchase. 

In the case you receive a damaged item, we will inspect the claim and once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
